1. ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
We may be unable to respond to and process order modification requests before the orders get shipped out.
Changes to existing orders can be made by contacting us at info.tapiandlunacollectables@gmail.com
Please try to give as much advance notice as possible if you are moving or changing addresses and have outstanding orders with us. You must email us if you need to update address changes after an order is placed.
TapiandLunaCollectables is not responsible for customers entering incorrect/incomplete addresses. Should an item not be properly delivered due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided to us - we assume no responsibility for the loss incurred.
2. IN-STORE PICKUP
TapiandLunaCollectables does not own any brick-and-mortar locations. At checkout, you still will have the option for “In-Store Pickup”. We are currently operating out of GoForGame in China Town Toronto, utilizing their facilities for our pick-up service.

Orders will typically be ready for pickup within 3 business days. You must show a valid Photo ID, confirmation email, and order number when picking up your order. If you would like to designate someone else to pick up on your behalf you must leave their name in the order notes or email us at info.tapiandlunacollectables@gmail.com with their name and your order number.
Please wait for the pick-up confirmation email before arriving. Orders will not be available as they have not been dropped off at the pick-up location and can not be assembled on the spot. Please contact us about your order only if you have not received a pickup notification three business days after it was placed.
- SHIPPING RATES WITHIN CANADA
Most orders are processed and shipped in 0 to 3 business days after your order is made.
Currently, we ship to any address in Canada
TapiandLunaCollectables is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered.
LETTERMAIL ORDERS CONTAINING ONLY TRADING CARD GAME SINGLES
Orders containing only TCG Singles (up to 4 singles) are eligible for the flat rate $2 letter mail shipping. During checkout, if an order exceeds the weight limit (over 4 singles) this shipping option will be unavailable.
You can upgrade your order to Canada Post Expedited with tracking for our flat rate of $15 (as rates stated below in the “order by weight” section”.
These letter mail orders are sent via Regular Letter Mail (Envelope) without tracking or insurance. Some orders will be sent out via Expedited Parcel depending on size and value. TapiandLunaCollectables assumes no responsibility for lost letter mail shipments as they are uninsured and without tracking to validate.

FREE SHIPPING
Orders exceeding $175 in value before taxes and shipping charges will be eligible for free shipping.
4. SHIPPING RATES FOR OUTSIDE CANADA
We currently do not ship outside of Canada. Plans are in place to expand courier services to the United States (rates and conditions will differ).
TapiandLunaCollectables is not responsible for any customs, duties, or other taxes incurred during transportation, nor are we responsible if a parcel is opened for inspection at customs/border services. This will not qualify as an order for compensation as this is out of our control and not a decision of ours.
5. SALES TAX
We CURRENTLY do not charge any sales tax. (Per the GDT/HST Registration Threshold)
6. DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Special delivery instructions can be provided in the notes section at checkout. If you have a last-minute or urgent change/request or instructions that require special attention please contact info.tapiandlunacollectables@gmail.com
7. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive any damaged items in your parcel, please contact us at info.tapiandlunacollectables@gmail.com with your order number, description, and photo or video if possible. If the outside parcel you receive is damaged please also note that as it can be relayed to the associated courier. We will gladly exchange, return, or discount any damaged items on a case-by-case basis.
*Note that superficial or minimal damage on Trading Card Game Sealed Products that has no impact on the internal contents will not qualify.
TapiandLunaCollectables stays committed to shipping packages with care and completeness. If the event occurs where a parcel arrives with items missing from the order. Please contact info.tapiandlunacollectables@gmail.com with your order number and description. On our end, we will compare the noted missing items with a physical inventory check. We will gladly reship (if quantity still available), provide a full refund, or exchange credit for missing items on a case-by-case basis.
For both cases regarding damaged and missing products, the best way for a customer to ensure quick compensation is to submit photos and an unboxing video that verifies the missing or damaged items within one week of the parcel delivery completion date.
8. RETURNS
All sales are Final. We do not accept returns on Trading Card Game singles, Trading Card Game sealed products, Card Supplies, Clearance items, or Randomized Items such as Blind Boxes/Bundles. This is to ensure fraud prevention and to allow our customers to be confident regarding the authenticity of our products or services.
9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY / QUANTITY & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock/over-sold when your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you and remove the item from your order. If this brings your order total below the minimum free shipping threshold we will still ship the rest of your order free of charge.
We reserve the right to adjust the quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and you will be notified of any changes made to your order. This pertains to and is not limited to "buyouts" and other orders involving the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it may also be subject to a potential adjustment.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. IF WE DO YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
